Our First House is almost finished. As you may know the complex has new stock holders. They could be seen in the videos posted earlier. These new guys are not like the old guys, in that I believe they discovered that they inherited the problems Harald created. I think they want to change things. I will have a meeting this week to see if we can work together.

First House...We are installing the windows this week. Starting to pull the wiring through the electric ducts. All the plumbing is in place for the fixtures. This 4,000 Sq Ft. house, counting 2+ car garage space, is almost finished. Now that we clearly have titles to many ocean front lots and our Mexican S.A. corporation is in place, I feel comfortable offering special purchasing and pricing to friends. As this is property with titles. This is very rare in Baja. While many have occupancy few have real title they can pass on the children or properly resell. 

Through our corporation we can legally build and are developers. Check out this house. Baja specific foundation with metal pylons with reinforced concrete, insect resistant, eco friendly, aluminum window frames, I-Beam construction, W-panel walls and concrete. No cinder blocks ! Many more features and photos that I will post soon.

Anyone interested in Baja should see this house. I can carry paper, as we have lots of lots to build upon. The surprising thing is that many Mexicans from areas like Mexico City are buying here. The Peso is very strong. Southern Mexicans come north in the summer. This cooler climate is where they buy vacation homes. They can easily get visas to travel across the border just 20 mins away.

Corporation Owes Me Money - New Power Infrastructure now well Established - Home's Broke into and Robbed.

Happy New Year !  Sure, it's a happy one for me, Bob Evans and my partner. We have our Fideicomiso's on the way ! All Fees and Taxes Paid ! Soon the Corporation will be presented the bill for it owes us. Published in the sentence/judgement , Legal Fees & percentage of taxes. Not sure where they will get the money, because, the sewage treatment, pool and grounds remain in bad shape. They haven't been able to get anyone to put up money and I have not heard a word about the home owners association forming. I think the new people and lawyers you see in the YouTube video suddenly realized that most or all of the lots have been sold over and over again. There just isn't much left here except the lies, deception and dysfunctional cloud originated by Harald Zur Nieden. By now the new guys must have realize that like the rest of us, they too were conned by Harald.  They are now one of us. Not sure how much money they gave for the percentage of the corporation they have. But I would be interested in trying to make them whole in exchange for their shares, if it's a majority interest. Then I could fix this mess for everyone and hand out the titles to those who paid.

This is the "before" photo and it's on private property which was on the neighboring subdivision land! Not even in our division. What a poor, old rotten wood, dangerous power infrastructure it was, rusted and exposed to the rain.

Looks great. Concrete. It's a good thing there are 2 sides, our lot power on the left and others on the right. You can see that the right is already getting messy. Someone broke the rules and put in a single box. All were to be rows of 4 or more meters. 

Other than Hugh, Larry and Linda (new owners of #18) no others on the right side have helped pitch in for anything. Even though this is a vital part of their property's value. 

A newly established legal part of the community infrastructure.  Sure all these people were our friends while we did what no other has done in half a century on this property. All attempts at improvements were always stopped by Harald's corporation.

This should have been the responsibility of the new administration. At just $63 per meter you can see that if they can't afford that they can't or won't fix anything around here. It sends a loud and clear message they don't have the ability.  

Homes broken into and robbed. Oddly enough with all the dysfunctional name labeling, police visits and lies, no one I know of has ever been robbed here. Until recently, it's been a somewhat safe place. That is until the new corporation administration presented itself. They placed a security person at the gate. I think we are on the 4th or security person now. Just a few months, a short time. I suspect the person doesn't get paid after just a week or two. Then they decide to take it out on the community they thought they were working for. They rob homes and never return.  As a result the new administration is actually placing us all at risk for crime, due to the short sided mismanagement. The gate person is not hired by the community, there is no HOA. The gate person is there for the company to get a list of who comes and goes on the property and never has any of us been able to get a record of these comings and goings. It's not for us - that's clear - the company has never protected us - it's for them.

Sorry for the wind in some of the audio, but it clears up. Basically, those that called the meeting want to collect money. Some appear to be company lawyers. Who the others are with the lawyers is unclear. 

The lawyers and the woman that is the exective that helped,Harald with his con. All pretend they don't know who the lot owners are. So they are either very sloppy lawyers, hiding something or think we are stupid (most likely all three). We don't even know their last names. We do know that Harald must be very ill or these people would not be showning up. It's clear the property owners want a Home Owners Association. Yet, they want to collect money and do things in a vague and non-accountable way.

Corporate Meeting took place this weekend. 

It was strange!

I received no legal notice nor did others. However, my visits from previous weeks allowed me to learn about a meeting. I could not be there, so I wanted a video recording of the event. I arranged for my lawyer and partner attend. As soon as I can get the video to stream online, I will post it here for everyone to view.

There were several basic questions that were left unanswered. Like...What's this new sign with a new name for the development ?

There will be more to follow. There has always been a crazy wild rumor grapevine at Cantiles Dorados. Rumors and lies that were created to put each of us against each other, confuse us or to hide a truth. All with a single primary goal that is to prevent us from communicating with each other. This way people would not work together to discover that everyone faced the same hardship and that we would have to fight for our property title. This has always been a popular manipulation tool of con men and governments.

I recall one against me where it was told that I was a Neo-Nazi and had special tattoos. Well, the truth to this day is that a do not have a single tattoo on my body, anywhere. I have many friends and business partners from many races and nationalities.  

Newsletters will appear to help us know what's is going on. They may not be periodic , however, they will be timely with activities taking place. Like, our new official power concentration (read about it in the newsletter).  Newsletters will never be filled with grapevine speculation or rumors. This week Cantiles Dorados changed it's name to "Del Mar Pacifico". 

BUT, it's not a proper legal name change. The sign in front is changed and there's a lot of BullShit about the previous lawyer's involvement. NO Filling for corporate name change has been seen or published. Nor has anyone with an interest or conflict ever been notified. Only the name on the sign has been changed, in what appears to be an attempt to protect the cons and distance themselves from one of themselves. 

It also seems clear now that the corporation executive, Maria Elena Barba De Aguilar is actively involved in the deception and con taking place. Since, my last postings she now lives on the property and sees to day-to-day events.  Harald Zur Nieden - Van Waning is still hiding behind this once Jewelry store owner in San Yisdro, California.  We've seen the corporate filings Harald is just the manager, she is the corporate officer. Have you seen those? Have you spent the time and money to learn this? Well, now you know, by simply reading my blog.

Recently, others have been showing up claiming that Harald sold my lots to them first. That they had a right to it. How dysfunctional is that? 

Imagine someone shows up on your doorstep and tells you that the house you are in was his first. He has no title, nor any official legal publication to back up his claim. Just that some little old man took his money from him and didn't give him title to the property. He describes the man and it's the same little old German man that took your money years ago and made you fight him in court for half a decade. In a public court, where legal publications were made and printed in public records during each phase. Maybe, the little old man did con that man on your doorstep before he conned you. But you were conned too and did something about it. Just becasue, you got suckered last it doesn't make you the loser. Your still a sucker. The guy on your doorstep was the just one of the first suckers. To Harald , everyone is a sucker, even his recent lawyer is a sucker according to the new sign. That guy on your doorstep did absolutely nothing about being suckered first. That guy on your doorstep helped Harald cost you half a decade of court time and cost you a small fortune in travel and legal fees. All because, he didn't do the right thing, like you did. He never tried to warn others, to prevent others from being conned by Harald. He never filed anything and expects others to make good on Harald's con. Frankly, that guy on your doorstep has no idea how much he harmed you by not maintaining so much as a sign or fence to warn you that the property was encumbered in anyway.

Over the decades, I am sure that Harald sold all the lots to many people many times over. Where were these people to warn me that Harald was a con. Where was their property fence, signage and official publications. Where were their lawsuits to warn me off? Nope these people have no idea how much they helped Harald con me and a list of others by allowing Harald to sell the same lots over and over again.

I have done so much to warn others that Harald is a con man. I have maintained these domains/website for years suing the corporation...easily found via Google and other searches. I marked the property with signs and my lawyer's phone number. I cost me cash and time, suing the corporation for what Harald had done to me. This created trails legal notices and publications about Cantiles Dorados. 

That man on my door step should buy me a drink, as he just discovered he had better stop giving Harald money. I am saving him money and all the Mexican legal frustrations he wasn't willing to go through to face the truth. Or it would be his doorstep not mine.

To my knowledge the corporation never gave anyone title unless they went through real escrow or went to court and won it.  In reality, one never did anything except hand over money to Harald. As for me...I had more balls than they did. Put my money where my mouth was... I spent more than 5 years and made an effort to help many others see the dark side of Harald. 

I may own several lots, which I fought dearly for. I also paid many times over though legal costs. Then there is all that time spent struggling for justice. While I may have ended up winning the lots, in the end Harald still won much more, as he cost me, my friends and my family both cash, time and many years of frustrations that no one should experience.

If you have a claim that the corporation has promised you property for payments you made why haven't you done something about it. The legal system is not as dysfunctional as those connected with Harald and some lawyers would like you to believe. I had to fire my first lawyer.

Imagine that property Harald owned, never officially sold and delivered, stolen from you by a strange that you never meet - How dysfunctional is that logic?

In reality, Harald owned it, took your money, like he did mine, didn't sign over anything to you...just like he wouldn't sign it over to me. I had to get the judicial system to do it.

     I Won - Others have Won - You can too !

I have WON my property, received the judgement. The corporation appealed and I won that too. An final attempt at "emparo " (spelling error) was made. I now have the property and it's published record complete with years of court publications for the world to see.

Perhaps there really is justice in Mexico for everyone. But beware, you must know what you are doing. 

In addition to this Gringo, me, winning in court the Rosarito government just launched a new web site to help warn property buyers. They published a a majority of developments and details regarding actual ability to get property titles. They list all the paperwork possibilities and code the developments with Green, Yellow , Dark Yellow and Red indicators that correlate to publish facts and title ownership. See....

You now find the government actively attempting to warn prosective investors and buyers. Notice that Cantiles Dorados is Green. This doesn't speak to the difficulty in getting title form the corporation. That's another issue altogether. It speaks to the fact that people can legally own titles in this development and that there are people who have titles to their property.

I finally find a subdivision where others have title ! But, I still get conned at Cantiles Dorados in Rosarito Baja California Mexico.

He's a sweet looking old man, with a 40 year old corporation in Rosarito. A subdivision right on the beach. Complete with public record proof, of owners that have true titles....BUT what you don't know is how they got theirs. How many years it took. Nor the cost. You don't know, since you're just another Gringo, and it's difficult to get the legal system of "Justice" to work for you. At Cantiles Dorado there is rarely a fair deal for either Mexicans or Americans that doesn't end in arguement and legal challenges. Here the sweet little old man doesn't care who he cons. This man Harald, has even con'ed lawyers over property. My first lawyer admitted being con'ed by Harald, many years before I met him.

That's correct, you don't know any of this until you find out the hard way. After you get sucked into the disfunctional world at Cantiles Dorados, you begin to learn how this once blond haired, blue eyed Germany speaking elderly man and his wife managed to get Mexican Citizenship, establish a Mexican corporation and through it manipulate the Mexican court system to work against you and the others before you for over 40 years.

After two lawyers, lots of missing court paperwork, official decisions that never made it into court records, computer systems with no evidence of evidence. Complete loss of my court file jsut before holidays to drag things out. This happened so often that each year it became a predictable event. Finally, complete change of court room to a city one and a half hours away. After years and years plus a whole lot of money in legal fees, I finally win some Justice.

I was dragged through all this by Harald Zur Nieden - Van Waning and his wife with the help of Maria Elena Barba De Aguilar, the Mexican corporation name lender based in Chula Vista, California, USA. They still continue thier con today.

It's the perfect retirement con...pretend to sell land to Americans while you drive across the border and pick up your social security check, manage to con medicare for over 1 million dollars of free medical care. The perfect con operation for a little old man and his wife that don't even live in the USA. Both well educated from Europe. Harald once told me that "Mexicans are dumb and that Americans are stupid".

No , it's not the Mexicans that have perfected the real estate con in Rosarito ... It's the Non-native born Mexican from Europe, Mr. Harald Heinizich Jacob Arnold Zur Nieden - Van Waning. All the while he obtains free US medical care and waits for Americans to step foot upon his property for sale - NOT real, he pretends he is selling it to you. You better have a "proper" contract & proof of payments.

The story of how the con works and how the legal system has helped it move along under the non-watchful eyes of past politicians. Politicians of the past that were the "see no evil, hear no evil, speak of no evil monkeys of Rosarito". Why, because it benefits the area for Americans to bring their money down, wether they get something or for it or not. As long as a "lote" is sold over and over again the area profits. This is changing and people have caught on. However, at Cantilies Dorados the con continues.

Yes, soon this site will help all those conned at Cantiles Dorados ban together to help put a stop to this 40 year old Real Estate Con factory in Rosarito. Maybe the new political establishment, the Mayor, the Prosecutor and Judicial system will pay attention, if a group comes forward to make an example of this con artist hiding out in Mexico. Maybe - just - maybe.

With the better educated generation of Mexicans, things are starting to change. Many of this new generation is embarassed by places like Cantiles Dorados.

The Con -

  • You step on the property and your greeted by a little old man, who looks harmless. What you don't know is that he has been waiting for people like you for 40 years now.
  • He tells you the eyesores, green water pool, poor grounds upkeep are all a result of bad people that wont pay Home Owner Association fees. What you dont know is there is no HOA.
  • He tells you the unfinished buildings are either under construction by owners or, if you notice the rust, it's a building a person couldnt finish paying for the lot and they left. If you see one under construction, chances are it's someone like you thinking they can buy, build and get title. But the title process takes a real long time.
  • If you pay almost all due , you will find that he will begin arguing with you...claiming the deal isnt what it was or how it was written. His laywer advised him not to give you title. Or he will try to explain some sort of new transaction that is under the table to avoid paying taxes. Don't be fooled, you can't get title without paying taxes, Mexican or American.
  • Now you need to find a lawyer. The process begins. But he's been doing this for so long. There will be clerks and laywers and even judges bribed to misplace paperwork, pretend a server never served papers, your file can be lost on purpose - all kinds of delays. It will take years. It took me years.
  • He hopes you give up...get tired of the process and the coruption. Most do, it takes a good part of your life.
  • While all this is going on he will send his workers by to harrase you, steal your tools, threaten you and provoke violence. Because the first drop of blood you go to jail in Mexico. So dont get suckered in.
  • Another inventive trick of experience is to report you to the police, maybe pay a little tip, fill out a report against you for something. But then not sign it, such that it's not a charges file against you, but he can get the police to pay attention to it anyway. Come down and harass you a bit. He will also get several people to accuse you of things and not actually press charges. These will be his workers, the workers family or friends. Always ask for the report. The best way to approach this is have your cameras ready. Video them asking you questions they will leave soon enough.


Almost all the homes here have million dollar views. There's one with a multi-million dollar view. It took this owner years to get his title. Anywhere else this house would be a bargain, but here you are just buying into problems, water problems, the ol' man tapping into your electricity, 100 yards of your phone lines ripped up and disappearing. But worst of all, your neighbor sharing a wall of your house is the little 'ol con man himself, Harald. See Cantiles Dorados 180 , 180? Oh, the irony, because, once you discover what really goes on here, you'll wish you had turned around 180 degees and ran away from this place.
